BTM Toggle-press with custom C-frame
C-frame adapted after a customer´s application in HVAC industry, powered by a 2-ton Toggle press and equipped with Tog-L-Loc 3,8.
C-frame which is coupled with a spring balancer in a traverse system with an work area of 11 x 4 meters, allowing a larger operation area.
The equipment is flexible in many ways, such as being equipped with dual two-hand trigger, which means that the operator can choose whether the equipment is to be operated from left or right side. You can also choose operation of the equipment in horizontal or vertical operator-mode. A laser pointer is mounted for assist. The press is pneumatic and fed/controlled by separate valves.
